Trained at the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine, and with a raft of experience gained in restaurants and eateries throughout England and Scotland, Grace has spent the last 15 years expanding and perfecting her knowledge of produce, technique and presentation.
As a young and talented chef, she has earned the admiration of everyone she has worked with, for her all-round dedicated approach. From researching outstanding foodstuffs from local, independent food producers to endless cooking, tweaking and experimenting to achieve the best flavours possible, Grace goes the extra mile in every respect.
